The consumer for any reason, if not satisfied with the purchase, has the right to terminate the contract without penalty and without specifying the reason within 10 working days of receipt of the material.
The withdrawal must be indicated by sending the said period of a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address:
Marisa Rofani, Via Calimara n° 14/e 52021 Bucine (AR) - Italy. The consumer may not exercise this right of withdrawal for contracts to purchase customized equipment. By the deadline of 10 days must be returned to the sender-supplier purchased all the property intact and in their original packaging and any manuals, without any oversight. The cost of return will be borne by the customer.
Once received the goods, MagicoSole will send the full amount of the product, paid by the consumer, with the method to be agreed between the 2 parties, within a period of 30 days from receipt of the goods of withdrawal. |
